A very special nursery in the heart of Santa Eulària des Riu, nestled among Ibiza’s pine forests.
Rooted in love, nature, and connection.
At Amoritos, we believe that every child should be cherished and nurtured in an environment that celebrates their individuality and inspires joyful learning.
We are so excited to begin this new chapter with you and your children.
A Nurturing Space in Nature
We are delighted to welcome you and your children to Amoritos – a newly named nursery set within the beautiful pine forests of Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza.
At Amoritos, we are more than just a nursery – we are a loving, vibrant community where children are free to explore, express, and grow. Our vision is simple: to create a true home from home, where every child feels safe, loved, and inspired.
Our name, “Amoritos” – meaning “little loves” – reflects the deep care and respect we hold for each child, and the joy we feel in helping them grow.
Our Philosophy
Rooted in Love. Inspired by Nature.
Led by Victoria, an educator with over 30 years of experience in progressive and pioneering schools around the world, Amoritos blends the very best of child-centred approaches:
• Montessori – encouraging independence and self-directed learning
• Steiner (Waldorf) – nurturing creativity, rhythm, and imagination
• Reggio Emilia – fostering expression, collaboration, and wonder
At the heart of everything we do is a belief that children flourish when surrounded by love, connection, and nature.
Victoria - Head of Nursery
Victoria brings over 30 years of experience in international education, having led schools such as Green School in Bali and Bedales in the UK. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that education should be connected to nature, community, and the heart of the child. Amoritos is the result of her lifelong vision for education guided by love, curiosity, and joy.

What parents say:
“Victoria Homewood was the first person we entrusted with Cassius’ education (at Bedales) after a long illness left him fragile and unsure. Meeting Victoria was like meeting an old friend - indeed - we shared many old friends as it turned out. We even had the same meditation teacher! Victoria was and still is the greatest child educator I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She was also Balthazar’s first teacher. We love her as a human and a friend, and the fact that we are still close eight years later is testament to her incredible soul. Her schooling is both nurturing and future-proof and there is no-one I’d rather my children learnt from.”
Maya Boyd, journalist, author and cultural curator, Ibiza.
“I’ve had the privilege of knowing Victoria for over a decade, and in that time she has been an extraordinary influence on my three daughters. She is the kind of head teacher every parent dreams of—kind, caring, and utterly devoted. She treats every child as if they were her own, seeing their individuality and nurturing their potential. I couldn’t have wished for a better person to guide, support, and inspire my children through their school years.”
Niki Perry, parent.
